Born and raised in Vaughan, Dr. Baldassarra has been practicing dentistry in Toronto and the GTA for the past ten years. She looks forward to helping each of her patients achieve a healthy smile and learning their unique needs and personalities along the way. Dr. Baldassarra prides herself upon open, honest and thorough communication so that her patients feel comfortable and well-informed about every treatment they receive. Her goal is to make every dental visit as pleasant as possible by combining her gentle approach with the most current and up-to-date dental technologies.

Meet Lidia Baldassarra, DMD
Where did you study dentistry?
After graduating from McMaster University, where she graduated Suma Cum Laude from the prestigious Bachelor of Health Sciences Program, Dr. Baldassarra went on to study dentistry at Western University, graduating with honours. As a result of her high academic achievements, she was the only Canadian accepted to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Program, where she treated complex dental cases involving veneers, crowns, bridges and implants. She is certified in both nitrous and oral conscious sedation, as well as Invisalign.
What do you like to do outside of dentistry?
Dr. Baldassarra enjoys spending her free time with her husband and young daughter, who keeps her on her toes! She also enjoys spending time in the city, whether it be trying a new restaurant, enjoying a musical or play, or cheering on the Toronto Raptors.
